Pre-Shipment Inspection at Factory and/or Port

What does the China factory inspection report include?

• Quantities: We verify that the agreed purchase quantities are met.
• Packaging: Our personnel ensure that your merchandise is properly packed to prevent problems or damage during shipment.
• Storage method of your products.
• Workmanship/appearance of your products.
• Quality: We check that products function and meet agreed specifications in terms of size, color, weight, etc.
• Tests/examinations: We request the supplier to conduct necessary product tests and diagnostics.
• Labeling: If special labeling or logos have been requested on your products, we can check if the supplier has complied.
• Documentation: We review that the merchandise has all necessary documentation for shipping and importation to the USA.
• Customer special requests: If desired, you can make special requests for us to review during the inspection.

Report delivery time:

2 to 4 business days after the service is contracted. It may be earlier or take a little longer depending on your supplier's response time and the day on which the inspection is scheduled. Once the service is contracted, our personnel in China will immediately contact your supplier to try to schedule the inspection as soon as possible.
