Container Loading Supervision at Port

What does the container loading supervision service in China consist of?

Bestway's staff visits the factory or port to supervise the loading of the products. We check that the products are correct, that the agreed quantity is loaded, as well as the packaging and quality of the merchandise. Through this service, you will know the entire process of loading the products from the factory to the port or from the loading port to the container.

What do we check?

We verify that your cargo is indeed being loaded at the factory to travel to the port in China or at the port to travel to the USA.

Within the report that we will send you, along with photographs and videos, you will find the following:

• Shipment confirmation and the conditions under which your merchandise was loaded: weather, arrival time, container number, truck number, etc.
• Packaging methods and details thereof: shipping mark, number of boxes, dimensions, weight, etc.
• We verify the quantity of products loaded onto the truck or container.

We also check that the products meet the specifications desired by the customer and that everything agreed upon is being fulfilled (products, sizes, colors, packaging, labeling, etc.).

Report delivery time:

2 to 4 business days after the service is contracted. It may be earlier or take a little longer, depending on the response time of your supplier and the day the supervision is scheduled. Once the service is contracted, our staff in China will contact your supplier immediately to try to schedule the supervision as soon as possible.
