Production Inspection

What does this service entail?

Our personnel will go to the factory to monitor production during the manufacturing process. They identify any problems that may arise during production and immediately inform both the factory and the client to ensure smooth production.

To obtain an adequate representation of your order, Bestway uses MIT-STD-105 sampling techniques.

What do we review?

We verify the production plan and the progress made up to the time of the visit.

We also check that the products meet the specifications desired by the customer and that all agreements (products, sizes, colors, packaging, labeling, etc.) are being fulfilled.

Report delivery time:

2 to 4 business days after the service is contracted. It may be earlier or take a little longer depending on your supplier's response time and the day on which the inspection is scheduled. Once the service is contracted, our personnel in China will immediately contact your supplier to try to schedule the inspection as soon as possible.
