Adquisition and Supply of Physical Samples

• We can consolidate sample orders and ship them in a single package. This way, it will be more cost-effective for you to obtain samples since you won't have to pay for shipping to each supplier but only for one shipment containing samples from multiple suppliers.
• We can obtain two identical samples from the supplier. One is sent to the client for review, and the other is retained by our personnel in China to later ensure through a production inspection or pre-shipment inspection service that the product meets the specifications and is identical to the sample accepted by the client.

Steps to obtain samples from suppliers in China:

The first step is to locate the supplier or suppliers from whom you want to obtain samples. If you don't have any supplier(s) in China, we can conduct a search for suppliers in China for you.

Once the suppliers are identified, negotiations are conducted with them to obtain the sample, and they are instructed to send it to the designated address in China.

We take care of receiving the samples, classifying them (if samples from two or more suppliers are sent), importing them to the USA, and delivering them to your address for review.
